  • How do I make an electronic tax payment?
    1. IRS - Select 1040/Estimated Tax/Be sure to select proper year
    2. MN Revenue - You are not using a Letter ID/Individual Income Tax
    3. CO Revenue - Select the option that applies for each payment you wish to make (don't combine payments)

  • Return due March 15th
  • Extension date September 15th

The IRS will never: 

  • Call to demand immediate payment, nor will the agency call about taxes owed without first having contacted you via mail.
  • Ask for a credit or debit card over the phone, suggest payment via a prepaid debit card, iTunes or gift card.
  • Threaten to have you arrested, threaten to tell you boss and have you fired, threaten to take your house, your bank account, revoke your Visa or passport.

  • Return due April 15th
  • Extension date October 15th

Estimated Tax Payments 

  • April 15
  • June 15
  • September 15
  • January 15
